Royal Frosting Using meringue powder. This can be made and rewhipped when needed. To store place in Zip lock bag and store in refrigerator. Allow to come to room temperature before rewhipping.
Tylose Gum Paste
Tylose is an alternative product to use in making gum paste instead of gum tragacanth. The advantage of the tylose is that the paste is less expensive, easier to make, holds up better in humidity and is whiter in color.
