Chocolate Marshmallow Fondant

• 1 ounce melted chocolate
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 16 ounces marshmallows
• 2 tablespoons water
• 2 pounds (8 cups) powdered sugar
• 2 ounces vanilla candy melts
• 5 drops cheese cake flavoring

Cooking Instructions

Put half of the sifted powdered sugar in a bowl. Melt marshmallows, cocoa powder and water. Pour over powdered sugar. With greased spoon stir. At this point add the melted chocolate (guittared brand works best) Add rest of sifted powdered sugar and knead with your hands.
