Marshmallow Fondant

  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Cooking Instructions

    Melt marshmallows and water in microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir in about 1 c. sugar. Knead the rest of the sugar in until its not sticky. Let sit till cool. (about an hour or so) Store tightly wrapped and in an airtight container. Can be reheated in microwave to use again if it gets hard. Can be refrigerated and colored easily. You may double the recipe.
